All fabrics are presented as realistically as possible. Please note, however, that colors shown on screen may slightly vary depending on your monitor settings. Color shades may slightly vary. As far as the patterns are concerned, their final layout may be slightly different that presented on the picture, depending how the fabric is cut. That's why we recommend ordering fabric swatches to make your color decision easier.

4. Do you make partial sofa and armchair covers?
We can offer partial covers e.g. seat cushion covers only for the most popular models. Please contact us for more details.
5. Are the covers machine washable?
Most of our fabrics are suitable for washing. Exact care instructions are shown next to each fabric. Please read them carefully.
6. Can I send you my own fabric?
We're sorry, we can use our own fabrics only but you're welcome to have up to 8 free swatches and see if you like any from our selection. You can order your samples here: https://www.dekoria.us/free-swatches
7. How can I pay for my order?
Dekoria accepts credit card payments, PayPay and international bank transfers. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
8. What is the delivery time?
Expected delivery time is 14 working days since reception of the payment.
9. How quickly will you deliver my order?
Making your purchases usually takes up to 7 working days. Our carriers deliver within a max. of 4 working days so in most cases you can expect your delivery within 14 working days from the moment we receive your payment. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch. If you are concerned about your order, please contact us by email or by phone and we will track it for you.
10. What are the shipping costs?
the shipping cost to US is 29$.
For orders to the USA under $800, there are no custom and duty fees or brokerage/handling charges. However for orders over $800, duty/customs and brokerage/handling fees still exist and the receiver is responsible for the payment of duties and taxes when applicable. Personal informationmay be required by the shipping company for custom clearance purposes.
11. How do you deliver orders? What if I'm not in?
All orders are shipped via UPS so a signature on delivery is required. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the goods to us. If you're not at home at the time of the 1st attempted delivery, you will receive a card with instructions. The carrier will attempt another delivery but if you like at that point you can change the date of the 2nd attempt, request your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place within your property or collect from the depot, if that's more convenient.
12. Can I return a purchased item?
Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of shipment. Just fill in our return form here.
13. How much is the return cost?
The return cost is the same as the original shipping cost. We will refund the amount of all returned items, excluding the shipping fees. All products should be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of acceptance. If the original packaging has been disposed, please provide a reasonable alternative.
